Near to 14 days

After tomorrow, I will complete my 14 days consumption of Lumine. Any effect ? I do not see a real improvement as yet...however I have quite a frequent bowel movement....

I think I do feel stiff moment at joints and some pains, I do not know whether it is a detoxification process.

Whatever, I am still looking forward to the completion of the programme, which is still about 1.5 months away.

By the way, my scale is showing that I have little movement to the left !!!

Yesterday & Today

I felt dried yesterday. It seems that I need to drink a lot of water but the feeling of dryness is there. I believe my body is doing the detoxification :-)

Temptation did come last night to have boosters as it is coming to the long weekend already but managed to hold on to my commitment. Hehehe

Today, I still have the same feeling, so I need to drink a lot of water. I need to flush all the toxin out!!! Yay !!

First Cup With Lumine

Today is the first day I had Lumine Detox drink. It has been 5-6 visits to toilet since this morning. I believe my body is going through a detoxification and I also drank a lot of water to ensure the process is complete and natural.

I had decided to take Lumine after two weeks of consideration following my impromptu check at one of their promotional counter. The result was B+X showing my blood has toxic. It was consider unhealthy and is advisable for detoxification. The elasticity of the blood vessel is also not good. I believe I need to clean my blood system and improve my health condition beside reducing my BMI rating.

I bought 4 months supplies and shared it together with my wife. So, we shall be going through this programme together. We shall take one packet mix with cool water of 200ml before breakfast. One packet contains more than 12 types of super fruits beside collagen, CQ10, l-carnitine & Probiotics. It is a powerful transformation drink as advised by the health consultant.

Looking forward to see a new me in 60 days time.

It must have been indiscipline !

The challenge has been on for the past two months and sadly I have not even work on my exercise challenges. A lot has been working in the mind, yes...very much indeed but physically I have only done 5 times over the spread of 60 days. Gosh...it is indiscipline !

This is not going to be me, and it is going for a total change, I promise dearly.

My weight is still the same (of course, what would you expect !) and to make my commitment, the next 7 days will be my real action to show my commitment. Yes ! I will draw the blood...

By next 15th of the new month in the new year, I will reach 115kg ! No joke ! a 10 kgs cut ! clean one !

KB is going to pay for my masseur ! hehehe !
